What Does This Bulk QR Code Generator Do?

This tool generates many QR codes at once — up to 500 per batch — instead of one at a time. Bring your data in as an incrementing sequence, a pasted list, or an uploaded CSV, and every row becomes a QR code with the same style, color, and logo customization as the single QR Code Generator.

Once generated, download the whole batch as a print-ready PDF grid, or as a ZIP of individual PNG or SVG files — whichever fits asset tags, event badges, coupon runs, or inventory labels better than generating and saving codes one by one.

Everything runs locally in your browser; your data — whether typed, pasted, or from a CSV file — is never uploaded to a server.

Three Ways to Add Your Data

Sequence / Pattern

Write a pattern with a zero-padded token, like ASSET-{0001}, set a start value, step, and count — no spreadsheet needed for a simple incrementing series.

Paste List

Paste any list of payloads, one per line — URLs, codes, IDs — and each line becomes a QR code.

CSV Import

Upload a CSV and either map a single payload column, or write a mail-merge-style template like https://mysite.com/p/{sku}?ref={campaign} that pulls from several columns at once.

Export Formats

PDF

A print-ready grid of QR codes with optional labels, or aligned to a real label sheet (Avery 5160, 5163) so it prints straight onto pre-cut stickers — automatically paginated for large batches.

PNG ZIP

One PNG file per QR code, zipped together — for importing into design tools or other systems that need separate images.

SVG ZIP

One scalable SVG per QR code, zipped together — for print or design work that needs vector output.

Common Use Cases

Asset Tags

Generate a unique code for every piece of equipment or inventory item from a simple sequence.

Event Badges

Turn a spreadsheet of attendee IDs into individual check-in codes for a print run.

Coupon Codes

Batch-generate a run of unique discount or promo codes ready to print or distribute.

Inventory Labels

Import a product list from CSV and get a scannable label for every SKU.

How to use

Paste your input in the left editor. The output appears automatically on the right. Use the toolbar buttons to copy, download, or transform the result.

  1. Paste or type your content in the input editor on the left.
  2. The formatted output is generated automatically.
  3. Use Copy, Download, or other actions from the output toolbar.

FAQ

Is this bulk QR code generator free?

Yes, it is completely free to use with no limits, signup, or account required.

Is my data uploaded to a server?

No. Every QR code is generated entirely in your browser, whether the source is a pattern, a pasted list, or an uploaded CSV file. Nothing is ever sent to a server.

How do I generate QR codes from a CSV file?

Switch to the CSV Import tab, upload or drag in your file, then tell it which column holds the QR payload (and optionally which column holds a label). Every row becomes one QR code.

What is the Sequence/Pattern mode for?

It generates an incrementing series without a spreadsheet — write a pattern like ASSET-{0001}, set a start value, step, and count, and it produces ASSET-0001, ASSET-0002, and so on. Useful for asset tags, coupon codes, or inventory labels. If the payload itself isn't fit to print (like a URL), add a label pattern using the same token, e.g. http://mysite.com/{0001} | ITEM-{0001} — both sides increment together, and a mismatched token between the two is caught before you can generate.

How many QR codes can I generate at once?

Up to 500 per batch. This keeps generation fast and fully client-side — anything over that is blocked with a clear message so you can trim the batch rather than the tab silently truncating your data.

What export formats are available?

A print-ready PDF laid out in a grid (with optional labels under each code), a ZIP of individual PNG files, or a ZIP of individual SVG files — pick whichever fits your workflow.

Can I style the QR codes, like a single QR code?

Yes. Dot style, corner style, colors, error correction level, and an optional logo all apply consistently across the whole batch, using the same rendering engine as the single QR Code Generator.

What happens to rows with bad or empty data?

They're flagged in the preview before anything is generated — empty payloads, duplicate rows, and payloads too long to encode are all called out individually, and you can remove a bad row without starting over.

Can I add a label under each QR code in the PDF?

Yes. Toggle "Show labels" on before exporting. Labels come from your CSV's label column, or from a "payload | label" line in Paste List. Without a label, a short payload (like a sequence value) still prints as-is, but a long one (like a full URL) is left blank rather than printing an unreadable truncated fragment.

Can each QR code encode more than one CSV column?

Yes. Switch the CSV Import panel from "Single Column" to "Template" and write a payload like https://mysite.com/p/{sku}?ref={campaign} — any {column} token in braces is replaced with that row's value, so one code can combine several columns instead of pointing at just one.

Can I print onto Avery label sheets?

Yes. In the PDF export options, choose a label sheet — Avery 5160 (30 address labels) or Avery 5163 (10 shipping labels) — and the grid, label size, and margins match that physical sheet exactly, instead of a generic layout on plain paper. "Custom Grid" is still available if you just want a plain print-ready grid.
